Welcome to Living Algorithm, a brand of AI Tech Magic LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing our website or purchasing our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services Overview

Living Algorithm provides wellness coaching services, including the "Cellular Recoding" program. Our services include educational content, lifestyle coaching, and accountability support designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Not Medical Advice

Virginia is a certified wellness coach, NOT a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare provider. Any information provided is based on coaching training, personal experience, and research — not medical expertise.

You should:

• Consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, or lifestyle
• Not discontinue any prescribed medications or treatments without consulting your healthcare provider
• Seek immediate medical attention for any health emergencies
• Understand that coaching does not replace medical care

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your health and wellness goals
• Take full responsibility for your own health decisions
• Communicate openly and honestly during coaching sessions
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling
• Complete any agreed-upon actions between sessions
• Consult with appropriate healthcare professionals as needed

Program Terms

Cellular Recoding Program:

• Duration: 12 weeks
• Includes: 12 weekly coaching sessions (60 minutes each), Voxer access Monday-Friday
• Sessions must be used within the 12-week program period
• Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited

Payment Terms

• Pay in full: $2,197 due before program start
• Payment plan: 3 monthly payments of $799 ($2,397 total), first payment due before program start
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Payment plans require valid payment method on file for automatic billing

Refund Policy

If after your first two coaching sessions you feel this program isn't right for you, we will refund your investment in full. To request a refund:

• Contact us within 14 days of your first session
• Refund requests after the first two sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Payment plan clients who cancel mid-program remain responsible for payments already due

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential, except:

• When required by law
• When there is risk of harm to yourself or others
• When you provide written consent to share information

You agree to keep any proprietary methods, frameworks, or materials shared during coaching confidential and not to share them with third parties without permission.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided through our services remain the intellectual property of Living Algorithm. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Living Algorithm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services
• We make no guarantees regarding specific results, as outcomes depend on individual effort and factors beyond our control

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that wellness coaching may involve exploration of lifestyle habits, including physical activity and dietary changes, which carry inherent risks. You are solely responsible for decisions you make regarding your health based on information discussed during coaching.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• You engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior
• We determine the coaching relationship is not productive

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. AI Tech Magic LLC is registered in Wyoming.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
